Cains View Community Room
Cains View Estates has a Community Club House that is also used as a storm shelter in the event of severe weather. It is located at 2209 E. 29th Street North right across from the North Mail Box Units.
This Community Room will be open in the event of Severe Weather-No pets are to be allowed inside at anytime.
The Community Room can also be used at no charge for residents to use for social events, family gatherings, birthday parties, etc. There is also a picnic area in the back of the community room so can also be used for an outdoor event. Some guidelines and restrictions apply and advance reservations are required.
