Cains View Estates is a state of the art community specifically for manufactured homes. Cains View Estates is home to more than 99 Residents and is located just south of Benson Road and I-229 South on Potsdam Avenue. Developed in 1996 our community consists of 99 home sites for both multi-section and single section manufactured homes all with high standard pitch shingled roofs and permanent siding. Cains View Estates has a spectacular cityscape view from a bluff overlooking the lights and action of our beautiful city of Sioux Falls. This view includes Great Bear Recreation and Ski Park.
